Le r\u00e9seautage occupe ici une place centrale parce qu\u2019il ne suffit pas de savoir ce qui \u00e9volue, mais\u00a0tout aussi important est de savoir qui vous connaissez et quelles exp\u00e9riences vous pouvez partager. La dynamique est un \u00e9change permanent d\u2019exp\u00e9riences et de nouvelles connaissances entre toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans le secteur. En Belgique, HotelloTop collabore avec trois \u00e9coles h\u00f4teli\u00e8res assurant une formation de bachelor en gestion h\u00f4teli\u00e8re\u00a0: la Katholieke Hogeschool VIVES \u00e0 Bruges, l\u2019Artesis Plantijn Hogeschool Antwerpen et l\u2019Erasmushogeschool Brussel.<\/p>\n<p>Pour sa cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9dition en Belgique, HotelloTop 2018 \u00e9tait plac\u00e9 sous le th\u00e8me du \u2018bonheur au travail\u2019. Il nous a appris la fa\u00e7on dont on peut appr\u00e9cier le bonheur, non seulement sur le plan priv\u00e9 mais \u00e9galement au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Wouter Torfs partagea sa vision du bonheur au travail \u00e0 partir de son entreprise \u00e0 succ\u00e8s Torfs Schoenen, couronn\u00e9e \u2018meilleur employeur de l\u2019ann\u00e9e\u2019 \u00e0 9 reprises. Il a expliqu\u00e9 comment on peut cr\u00e9er une \u2018Great Place to Work\u2019 moyennant diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs.<\/p>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes l\u2019affirment depuis longtemps et apparemment chez Torfs, \u00e7a marche: des employ\u00e9s heureux au travail influencent les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019entreprise. Torfs se concentre fortement sur la satisfaction client et s\u2019investit d\u00e8s lors syst\u00e9matiquement dans des employ\u00e9s heureux et satisfaits. Et&#8230;le chiffre d\u2019affaires augmente. Bien s\u00fbr, le bonheur n\u2019agit que s\u2019il fait partie int\u00e9grante de la mission de l\u2019entreprise et ne se contente pas d\u2019\u00eatre un outil de marketing. Il faut toujours avoir le c\u0153ur \u00e0 la bonne place. De plus, le bonheur n\u2019est pas une donn\u00e9e qui peut \u00eatre impos\u00e9 par le haut, le flux doit circuler du bas vers le haut.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi les mots-cl\u00e9s chez Torfs sont-ils\u00a0: transparence, honn\u00eatet\u00e9, simplicit\u00e9, pragmatisme et peuvent-ils \u00eatre r\u00e9sum\u00e9s par le \u2018d\u00e9sir d\u2019appartenance\u2019. Et enfin Thijs Bosmans de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/servicecenter4hospitality.cmail19.com\/t\/i-l-bjkhtkk-sjydjdllh-h\/\">Artesis Plantijn Hogeschool Antwerpen<\/a>, El Cid Wauters et Maxime Neutjens de l\u2019Erasmus Hogeschool Brussel et Nelle Lemmens de la Katholieke Hogeschool VIVES \u00e0 Bruges ont \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 leur vision du bonheur au travail.
