Toutefois, pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la proc\u00e9dure, les inscriptions peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es dans plusieurs langues, notamment le fran\u00e7ais, l&rsquo;italien, l&rsquo;espagnol et le mandarin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>PHASE 2 : SELECTION SHORTLIST MONDIALE D\u2019ALMA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-BE\">A partir du 1er mai, tous les candidats qualifi\u00e9s sur base de leur contexte g\u00e9ographique, seront r\u00e9partis en 12 r\u00e9gions. Les envois seront ensuite \u00e9valu\u00e9s par ALMA, premier centre international d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et de formation \u00e0 la cuisine italienne dans le monde, qui s\u00e9lectionne les 10 meilleurs demi-finalistes pour chaque r\u00e9gion g\u00e9ographique, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 trois \u00ab\u00a0R\u00e8gles d&rsquo;Or\u00a0\u00bb:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-BE\">&#8211; COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES : la capacit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lectionner les meilleurs ingr\u00e9dients combin\u00e9e \u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences techniques qui mettent pleinement en valeur la saveur des ingr\u00e9dients<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-BE\">&#8211; CREATIVITE : perspectives originales, stimulantes et innovantes avec un style personnel et contemporain, un \u00e9quilibre parfait entre go\u00fbt et design<\/span><span lang=\"FR-BE\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-BE\">&#8211; CONVICTION PERSONNELLE: communication d\u2019une vision claire concernant le concept de gastronomie sociale <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-BE\">La Shortlist Mondiale sera r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e le 7 juin 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span lang=\"FR-BE\">PHASE 3\u00a0: LES FINALES REGIONALES<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-BE\">A partir du 21 juin 2019, les demi-finalistes s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s de chacune des 12 r\u00e9gions s\u2019affronteront lors d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de finales r\u00e9gionales. Durant ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements, les demi-finalistes pr\u00e9pareront leurs plats signature devant un jury r\u00e9gional exclusif compos\u00e9 de grands chefs ind\u00e9pendants qui choisiront un laur\u00e9at pour chaque r\u00e9gion et pour chacun des prix suivants: le Prix Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thoughts, le Prix S.Pellegrino for Social Responsibility, et le Prix Acqua Panna for Connection in Gastronomy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-BE\">A la fin du mois de d\u00e9cembre 2019, les noms des 12 jeunes chefs finalistes r\u00e9gionaux du monde entier seront annonc\u00e9s, ainsi que ceux des 12 candidats \u00e0 chacun des trois autres prix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">PHASE 4 : THE GRAND FINALE DE S.PELLEGRINO YOUNG CHEF 2019-2020<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-BE\">Les 12 finalistes r\u00e9gionaux pr\u00e9pareront leurs plats signature et les pr\u00e9senteront en 2020 lors de The Grand Finale organis\u00e9e par S.Pellegrino. Les chefs s\u2019affronteront pour remporter le titre de S.
