La nouvelle entreprise s\u2019appellera d\u00e9sormais HMS, et aura Herenthout comme base. En tant qu&#8217;entreprise familiale, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 issue de la fusion souhaite se concentrer sur une viande fra\u00eeche de qualit\u00e9, adapt\u00e9e au secteur de l\u2019horeca. Cela inclut \u00e9galement les livraisons le samedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0OK Foods et HMS sont en fait deux entreprises tr\u00e8s compl\u00e9mentaires\u00a0\u00bb, expliquent les deux propri\u00e9taires respectifs : Mario Vleugels et Joeri Philipsen. \u00ab\u00a0OK Foods est tr\u00e8s forte dans le segment de la charcuterie coup\u00e9e en tranches, des produits pr\u00e9par\u00e9s et des sat\u00e9s pr\u00e9par\u00e9s sur mesure. HMS est \u00e0 son tour connue comme fournisseur de viande fra\u00eeche, telle que les steaks sur mesure. Nous avons constat\u00e9 \u00e0 peine dix pour cent de chevauchement dans l&#8217;offre. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fusion, nous pouvons offrir aux clients des deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s une gamme plus \u00e9tendue et optimiser l&#8217;ensemble du traitement et de la livraison. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>La diversit\u00e9 et la fraicheur doivent faire de HMS un acteur unique. \u00abNotre point de d\u00e9part est que la viande doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente le moins de temps possible dans notre entreprise. Ce qui entre doit imm\u00e9diatement \u00eatre trait\u00e9 et livr\u00e9. Par exemple, la volaille sera livr\u00e9e dans la cuisine de nos clients 24 heures tout au plus apr\u00e8s l&#8217;abattage. Mais la diversit\u00e9 aussi est un point de d\u00e9part important. Les races internationales de b\u0153uf et de porc seront \u00e9galement disponibles. Tout comme le gibier en saison et tous les types de volailles. &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sous la banni\u00e8re HMS, la nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 souhaite se distinguer sur quelques points forts. &#8220;Une qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure sur mesure constitue le point de d\u00e9part&#8221;, d\u00e9clare Joeri Philipsen. Il dirigera \u00e9galement la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avec son \u00e9pouse Ellen Arnouts, qui s\u2019occupera du volet administratif. \u00abLa personnalisation en particulier sera notre marque de commerce. Chaque client a sa propre vision sur le poids d&#8217;un steak, sur la composition d&#8217;un sat\u00e9, etc. Nous voulons nous adapter \u00e0 chaque client, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la plupart des grossistes font l\u2019inverse.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Un autre USP constitue le traitement rapide. \u00ab\u00a0Nous traitons les commandes du client imm\u00e9diatement&#8221;, explique Joeri. \u00abCe qui est command\u00e9 avant minuit sera pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et livr\u00e9 le lendemain matin. Nous voulons offrir cette personnalisation et cette rapidit\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les \u00e9tablissements horeca : de la friterie aux restaurants \u00e9toil\u00e9s. La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 est d\u00e9j\u00e0 importante au sein de notre client\u00e8le.
