Les 21, 22 et 23 septembre, la plus grande plateforme culinaire du monde se tiendra \u00e0 Rotterdam o\u00f9 se d\u00e9rouleront la conf\u00e9rence \u2018Food Meets Science\u2019, les \u2018livedebat Area Talks\u2019 et le gala de remise des prix.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chaque ann\u00e9e, 100 nouveaux chefs sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par les partenaires ind\u00e9pendants de The Best Chef. La France, l’Espagne, les \u00c9tats-Unis, le Br\u00e9sil, les Pays-Bas et le Royaume-Uni fournissent la plupart des nouveaux candidats pour la liste 2020. La Belgique n’accueille pas de nouveaux visages cette ann\u00e9e, mais les chefs Peter Goossens et Benoit Dewitte – qui ont termin\u00e9 respectivement \u00e0 la 47\u00e8me<\/sup> et 81\u00e8me place l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re – ont encore une chance d’\u00eatre inclus dans le Top 100 final.<\/p>\n

Le vote commencera le 1er avril 2020. Tous les chefs de la liste 2019 et les nouveaux candidats pour 2020 seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 voter pour leurs coll\u00e8gues. Par ailleurs, une s\u00e9lection de professionnels de l’horeca, de photographes et de foodies aura la possibilit\u00e9 de voter pour leurs chefs pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. Chaque personne faisant partie du panel attribuera des points entre 100 et 1.000 \u00e0 dix chefs. Ils votent pour le chef en tant que personne et reconnaissent ainsi son talent, son exp\u00e9rience et sa trajectoire de croissance. Les 100 chefs ayant obtenu les meilleurs scores seront finalement inclus dans le Top 100 de The Best Chef Awards 2020. Au cours de la phase finale du processus de vote, les internautes qui suivent The Best Chef auront la possibilit\u00e9 de voter pour leur chef pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 et de lui d\u00e9cerner le The Best Chef fol-LOVERS.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s Varsovie en 2017, Milan en 2018 et Barcelone en 2019, c\u2019est \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent au tour de Rotterdam d\u2019accueillir la quatri\u00e8me \u00e9dition des The Best Chef Awards. Cette ann\u00e9e la plateforme proposera un programme complet de trois jours. Lors de la conf\u00e9rence \u2018Food Meets Science\u2019, des orateurs de haut niveau issus de la gastronomie et des sciences entreront en dialogue les uns avec les autres. Les \u2018livedebat Area Talks\u2019 permettront \u00e0 des chefs, des foodies et des experts de s\u2019entretenir sur les traditions et les origines des diff\u00e9rentes cuisines et sur d’autres th\u00e8mes contemporains de la gastronomie. Le point d’orgue de ces trois jours sera le gala de remise des prix, au cours duquel seront annonc\u00e9s les laur\u00e9ats de The Best Chef Awards 2020.<\/p>\n
