Le rapport caf\u00e9\/eau d\u00e9pendra du go\u00fbt que vous souhaitez donner \u00e0 votre caf\u00e9. Habituellement, on utilise 50 g de caf\u00e9 pour 1 l d\u2019eau. La temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019eau fluctue autour des 93 degr\u00e9s. N\u2019utilisez certainement pas d\u2019eau bouillante! Lorsque vous avez vers\u00e9 l\u2019eau sur le caf\u00e9, m\u00e9langez \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une longue cuill\u00e8re afin que tout le caf\u00e9 entre en contact avec l\u2019eau.
