Cette r\u00e9flexion, mise en pratique durant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2017 lorsqu\u2019il occupa l\u2019ancien restaurant \u2018Chez Marie\u2019, il la reprend aujourd\u2019hui dans son \u00e9l\u00e9gante maison de l\u2019Avenue de Tervuren.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultat\u00a0: la maison \u2018Bon Bon\u2019 accueille d\u00e9sormais \u2018<strong>Le Bon Bistro<\/strong>\u2019 o\u00f9 \u0153uvre au piano, le second de Christophe Hardiquest depuis huit ans, Adrien Cunnas. Le principe\u00a0?
