Le principe\u00a0? Articuler ses menus \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res hebdomadaires autour des noms de grands chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s d\u2019hier ou d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de leurs plats les plus embl\u00e9matiques. Des menus permettant de voyager \u00e0 travers cette belle gastronomie qui lui est ch\u00e8re et qui se montre toujours riches d\u2019enseignement et de d\u00e9couvertes.<\/p>\n<p>Au programme, des Menus en Hommage \u00e0 Georges Blanc, Paul Bocuse, Jean-Pierre Bruneau, Alain Chapel, H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Darroze, Fr\u00e9dy Girardet, Michel Gu\u00e9rard, la M\u00e8re Brazier, Anne-Sophie Pic, Joel Robuchon, Geert Van Heck, Eddie Van Maele, Pierre Wynants.
