Turbiner la mousseline de carotte avec le Thermomix, ajouter une noix de beurre au besoin. Mettre en poche \u2013 Ne pas nettoyer le Thermomix. Faire s\u2019ouvrir les moules \u00e0 la vapeur et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer l\u2019eau. D\u00e9crocher la premi\u00e8re coquille et pocher l\u2019ail noir ainsi que le confit d\u2019agrumes sur les moules. \u2018Nettoyer\u2019 le Thermomix avec l\u2019eau des moules.<\/p>\n<h4>DRESSAGE<\/h4>\n<p>Pocher la mousseline chaude et dresser les diff\u00e9rentes carottes ainsi que les pickles.
