Voil\u00e0 qui illustre la croissance incroyable du secteur des commandes en ligne.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">En pleine crise, l\u2019entreprise vient \u00e9galement de lever 16,25 M\u00b0 d\u2019euros suppl\u00e9mentaires afin de poursuivre sa strat\u00e9gie de R&amp;D et son expansion internationale. Deliverect est aujourd\u2019hui active sur tous les continents, avec des bureaux \u00e0 Londres, Madrid, Toronto, Paris, Edimbourg, New York, Dubai et Mexico. La scale-up compte plus de 100 collaborateurs et cherche \u00e0 en engager une centaine de plus. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\"><b>Comment \u00e7a marche\u00a0? <\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Deliverect int\u00e8gre toutes les plateformes de commande et de livraison en ligne directement avec la caisse du restaurant.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Deliverect permet de centraliser toutes les commandes en ligne (que ce soit pour la livraison ou le take away).<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><b><\/b>Quand une commande est pass\u00e9e via un service externe (Uber Eats, Deliveroo ou Takeaway.com par exemple pour la livraison \u00e0 domicile, Flipdish, Shopify, WooCommerce ou Slerp pour la commande en ligne), le logiciel de Deliverect intercepte la commande, la traite et la transf\u00e8re directement \u00e0 la cuisine.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 prend actuellement en charge plus de 100 int\u00e9grations avec les principaux \u00adsyst\u00e8mes de caisse et partenaires de livraison, et des centaines d\u2019autres sont \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Deliverect, en multipliant les canaux de commande, le restaurateur voit parfois ses ventes de repas en ligne augmenter de 30% !<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\"><b>Comme une \u00e9vidence<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p2\">En cette p\u00e9riode de crise, o\u00f9 il n\u2019est question sur les r\u00e9seaux que de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, de disruption et de lancer sa propre bo\u00eete, on remarque que ce sont souvent les id\u00e9es les plus \u00e9videntes qui s\u2019imposent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">D\u00e8s avant la crise, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la livraison de repas \u00e0 domicile et le take away s\u2019\u00e9taient largement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s. Or les principaux acteurs sont concurrents et fonctionnent chacun avec leur propre logiciel. A c\u00f4t\u00e9 des plus connus sont encore venus se greffer une quantit\u00e9 de plus petits ou de nouveaux op\u00e9rateurs, parfois locaux, chacun avec une plateforme ind\u00e9pendante\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Compliqu\u00e9 pour le restaurateur de choisir avec lequel de ces op\u00e9rateurs travailler, impossible d\u2019accumuler les tablettes de chacun d\u2019entre eux, et vraiment dommage de perdre des ventes parce qu\u2019on s\u2019est restreint \u00e0 l\u2019une ou l\u2019autre des plateformes\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Pour faciliter la vie du restaurateur et booster ses activit\u00e9s, il fallait que quelques passionn\u00e9s d\u2019informatique pensent \u00e0 harmoniser le tout, proposant une interface avec les diff\u00e9rentes plateformes\u00a0! C\u2019est chose faite avec Deliverect.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s3\">Nous interviewons Zhong XU, co-fondateur et CEO de Deliverect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s3\">Centraliser les commandes en ligne au sein d\u2019une seule plateforme, comment vous est venue cette\u00a0id\u00e9e\u00a0?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">ZX\u00a0: J\u2019ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9 par le monde de l\u2019HoReCa. Quel Chinois en Belgique n\u2019a pas dans ses proches l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre restaurateur\u00a0? J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 des \u00e9tudes d\u2019ing\u00e9nieur en informatique et j\u2019ai lanc\u00e9 ma premi\u00e8re entreprise \u00e0 17 ans\u00a0: une agence cr\u00e9ant des sites web pour les restaurants asiatiques. Une niche. Rapidement je suis devenu leader de ce march\u00e9 pointu avec plus de 90% de part de march\u00e9 et plus de 800 clients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">En 2011, avec mon ami Jan Hollez, j\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 POSIOS, un logiciel de gestion mobile pour l\u2019HoReCa. La croissance a \u00e9t\u00e9 exponentielle, nous avons ouvert des bureaux \u00e0 Gand, Singapour et N.Y.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">En 2014 nous avons revendu POSIOS au canadien Lightspeed qui a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le syst\u00e8me afin d\u2019\u00e9tendre \u00e0 l\u2019HoReCa les services que Lightspeed offrait d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis plus de 10 ans aux magasins ind\u00e9pendants. J\u2019ai aid\u00e9 Lightspeed \u00e0 cr\u00e9er l\u2019interface \u2018Lightspeed Restaurant\u2019 et j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 au poste de directeur Lightspeed Hospitality pour la Belgique et l\u2019Europe. J\u2019y suis rest\u00e9 jusqu\u2019en 2018, l\u2019ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 nous avons lanc\u00e9 Deliverect.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s3\">Zhong, via votre syst\u00e8me vous avez acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une masse d\u2019informations, quelles tendances voyez-vous se d\u00e9gager\u00a0?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Les canaux de commandes en ligne se diversifient. Les gens commandent via toute une s\u00e9rie de plateformes diff\u00e9rentes, en commen\u00e7ant tout simplement par facebook\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">En quelques ann\u00e9es les dark kitchens ont doubl\u00e9 leur chiffre d\u2019affaires, passant de 43 M\u00b0 \u00e0 80 M\u00b0\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">On voit appara\u00eetre des \u2018flagship restaurants\u2019, comme pour les marques de v\u00eatements, qui ouvrent un ou deux flagship stores et font le reste de leurs ventes en ligne. C\u2019est le Chef, la personnalit\u00e9 du Chef qui fait le buzz. Ensuite, au d\u00e9part de sa \u2018dark kitchen\u2019 il va livrer \u00e0 domicile un grand nombre de repas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Il est m\u00eame possible aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019acheter sous licence. Des recettes cr\u00e9\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, qui sont reproduites en Belgique et livr\u00e9es au consommateur. Cela permet l\u2019\u00e9mergence de cha\u00eenes internationales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Les dark kitchens ont cela de positif qu\u2019elles permettent \u00e0 des jeunes de se lancer \u00e0 moindres frais. Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019investir dans un local, de la d\u00e9co, du personnel\u2026 parfois un site internet suffit\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Avec le confinement, les gens ont un peu chang\u00e9 leurs habitudes. Ils ont tendance \u00e0 manger 4 fois par jour. Avant ils prenaient des chips \u00e0 11h pour patienter en attendant l\u2019heure du repas, maintenant ils commandent parfois un spaghetti par exemple.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s3\">Et durant la p\u00e9riode Covid\u00a0?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Notre objectif est d\u2019aider les restaurants, de les connecter avec leurs\u00a0clients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Compte tenu de l\u2019impact dramatique de la pand\u00e9mie nous avons apport\u00e9 quelques changements \u00e0 notre programme dans l\u2019espoir de pouvoir aider les restaurants \u00e0 utiliser le logiciel pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 actuelle de la livraison seulement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s3\">Le prix\u00a0? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">L\u2019abonnement de base commence \u00e0 49 \u20ac par mois. Pour les grosses structures le montant sera plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en fonction du nombre de commandes en ligne qu\u2019ils traitent et des fonctions additionnelles plus complexes. Mais pour aider les restaurateurs qui \u00e9prouvent des difficult\u00e9s en ce moment, nous avons annul\u00e9 les frais d\u2019installation et introduit un nouveau programme d\u2019abonnements mensuels, qui peuvent \u00eatre annul\u00e9s \u00e0 tout moment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s3\">Votre devise personnelle\u00a0? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Ne jamais s\u2019encro\u00fbter, rester affam\u00e9, rester\u00a0fou\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s3\">Votre conseil \u00e0 l\u2019HoReCa\u00a0? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Soyez attentif aux nouvelles tendances, adaptez-vous.
