Bien m\u00e9langer et laisser \u00e9vaporer le liquide \u00e0 1\/3.<br \/>Ensuite verser de l\u2019eau \u00e0 nappe et faire bouillir, puis laisser fr\u00e9mir durant 40 minutes.<br \/>Filtrer et mesurer la quantit\u00e9 de liquide puis mixer le Xantan.<br \/>Verser le tout dans un siphon et garder au chaud maximum
