Ce n\u2019est pas seulement un concours culinaire, mais aussi une aventure humaine qui rassemble des chefs talentueux et peut repr\u00e9senter un tremplin vers les \u00e9toiles\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Tous les chefs professionnels belges peuvent participer, il\/elle sera assist\u00e9 pour cette <strong>finale nationale<\/strong> par son propre commis \u00e2g\u00e9 de maximum 21 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Le laur\u00e9at repr\u00e9sentera la Belgique \u00e0 la <strong><em>finale europ\u00e9enne<\/em><\/strong><em> <strong>Bocuse d\u2019Or <\/strong><\/em>o\u00f9 il sera assist\u00e9 d\u2019un commis s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 du concours <em>Belgian Bocuse d\u2019Or Commis Challenge<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe sera soutenue financi\u00e8rement et logistiquement par le comit\u00e9 Belgian Bocuse d\u2019Or Academy.
