Cette ann\u00e9e, c\u2019est le 17 mai dernier que s\u2019est tenue celle-ci \u00e0 Excellis o\u00f9 l\u2019Association a install\u00e9 son si\u00e8ge social depuis 2019. Une rencontre organis\u00e9e en comit\u00e9 r\u00e9duit avec, en pr\u00e9sentiel, le Conseil d\u2019Administration et en webinaire, les membres de l\u2019Association.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u00e9dric Poncelet a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu sur base des votes de la majorit\u00e9 des participants au CA. En succ\u00e9dant \u00e0 Frank Fol qui aura pass\u00e9 3 mandats et donc 9 ann\u00e9es \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9sidence, il devient le 7<sup>e<\/sup> Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association des Ma\u00eetres Cuisiniers de Belgique. Laquelle Association soufflait ses 40 bougies en 2020. Les six autres pr\u00e9sidents ayant \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0: Frank Fol, Robert Van Du\u00fcren, Alain Deluc, Guy Van Cauteren, Pierrot Fontaine, Pierre Romeyer.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, les trois Vice-Pr\u00e9sidents en place ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9lus, aussi sur base des votes \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 du Conseil d\u2019Administration. Ceux-ci sont, pour la R\u00e9gion Bruxelles-Capitale\u00a0: <strong>Patrick Meirsman\u00a0<\/strong>; pour la Wallonie,<strong> Beno\u00eet Bourivain\u00a0<\/strong>; pour la Flandre,<strong> F\u00e9lix Alen. <\/strong>Le poste de Tr\u00e9sorier a \u00e9t\u00e9 maintenu pour <strong>Daniel Molmans<\/strong> qui devient \u00e9galement, Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, quatre nouveaux membres ont rejoint le Comit\u00e9 de Direction\u00a0: Patrick Caignau, Jo Nelissen, Pierre Burtonboy, Patrick de Gendt.<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 C\u00e9dric Poncelet, interview\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019issue des \u00e9lections, il nous a d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Je suis tr\u00e8s fier d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi par mes coll\u00e8gues pour reprendre la Pr\u00e9sidence de notre Association. C\u2019est aussi un challenge que d\u2019avoir une telle responsabilit\u00e9 en cette p\u00e9riode de crise. Je compte bien p\u00e9renniser le travail de dynamisation qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 entam\u00e9, notamment avec nos pr\u00e9cieux partenaires. Je vais aussi me battre pour promouvoir, au mieux, l\u2019Association et ses membres. Et puis, quand la crise sera pass\u00e9e, j\u2019esp\u00e8re relancer les rencontres de tous nos membres tant en Flandre o\u00f9 j\u2019ai mon restaurant (Knokke-Heist) qu\u2019\u00e0 Bruxelles ou en Wallonie.\u00a0En attendant, je tiendrai une permanence tous les premiers lundis du mois au bureau \u00e0 Excellis.
