Les Brasseries Georges remportent cette ann\u00e9e le concours de la meilleure croquette aux crevettes de Bruxelles.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette comp\u00e9tition organis\u00e9e par l’office du tourisme r\u00e9gional visit.brussels rassemblait pas moins de 19 candidats et avait lieu ce lundi au \u00ab\u00a0Comme chez soi\u00a0\u00bb**.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Lionel Rigolet, Chef du Comme chez soi\u00a0\u00bb**, le jury \u00e9tait \u00e9galement compos\u00e9 du laur\u00e9at des deux premi\u00e8res \u00e9ditions, C\u00e9dric Mosbeux de Fernand Obb delicatessen accompagn\u00e9 de sept journalistes gastronomiques.<\/p>\n

Les sp\u00e9cialistes furent charg\u00e9s de coter les diff\u00e9rentes assiettes \u00e0 l’aide d’une grille reprenant plusieurs crit\u00e8res : forme\/taille, cuisson, temp\u00e9rature de service, panure, friture du persil, appareil, quantit\u00e9 de crevettes et go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n

Bien garnie en crevettes, non bisqu\u00e9e, la croquette gagnante s’est d\u00e9marqu\u00e9e, selon le jury, par son originalit\u00e9, son go\u00fbt rappelant celui d’une casserole de moules marini\u00e8res<\/p>\n

Les Brasseries Georges pourront afficher le titre de \u00ab\u00a0meilleure croquette aux crevettes de Bruxelles\u00a0\u00bb durant toute l’ann\u00e9e suivant la proclamation des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n
