Horeca Vlaanderen est donc en train d&rsquo;\u00e9laborer un plan de r\u00e9forme qui devrait rendre le secteur fondamentalement plus rentable. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine, une indexation des salaires de 8 \u00e0 9 % sera introduite. De nombreux entrepreneurs Horeca voient la situation sous un jour tr\u00e8s sombre.<\/em>\r\n\r\nBien que le nombre de faillites soit en baisse \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle et que de plus en plus d&rsquo;\u00e9tablissements Horeca ouvrent leur porte, le secteur n\u2019est toujours pas au beau fixe. Horeca Vlaanderen demande un plan de r\u00e9forme majeur incluant des mesures telles que la caisse blanche pour tous, une r\u00e9duction de la TVA \u00e0 6 % sur les boissons non alcoolis\u00e9es et des mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires pour faire face au manque de personnel. Tout cela pour pouvoir survivre \u00e0 cette inflation galopante.\r\n\r\nLe haut responsable d&rsquo;Horeca Vlaanderen, Matthias De Caluwe, indique que le r\u00e9sultat net du secteur en 2019 \u00e9tait beaucoup plus faible que la moyenne des autres secteurs. Le co\u00fbt unitaire de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre est \u00e9galement sup\u00e9rieur de 10 % \u00e0 la moyenne des autres secteurs. L\u2019Horeca n&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pas le plus sain avant la pand\u00e9mie et le corona n\u2019a pas am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la situation. Avec ces r\u00e9formes, Horeca Vlaanderen veut rendre le secteur fondamentalement plus sain et en m\u00eame temps mettre fin au travail au noir dans l\u2019Horeca.\r\n\r\nUne proposition visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire de mani\u00e8re permanente la TVA sur la vente de boissons non alcoolis\u00e9es de 21 \u00e0 6 % co\u00fbterait au tr\u00e9sor public quelque 257 millions d&rsquo;euros par an. En \u00e9change, Horeca Vlaanderen veut rendre la caisse blanche obligatoire pour tous les \u00e9tablissements Horeca, y compris ceux dont le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires annuel r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en servant des repas, est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 25.000 euros. Ces \u00e9tablissements en sont actuellement dispens\u00e9s. Matthias De Caluwe \u00e9voque la volont\u00e9 de professionnaliser davantage encore le secteur.
