Les brasseurs du Wolf et ceux de Belgoo travailleront main dans la main au sein de la micro-brasserie du Wolf afin de cr\u00e9er des bi\u00e8res uniques. Wolf et Belgoo brasseront ensemble entre autres des Pils, des Strong Blond, des White et des IPA, ainsi que des \u00e9ditions sp\u00e9ciales, uniquement disponibles au Wolf. Via cette association, Belgoo et le Wolf promeuvent leur approche hyperlocale : 31 m\u00e8tres s\u00e9parent le grain du verre ! La belle occasion de pousser la porte de la brasserie pour rencontrer les artisans \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre !<\/p>\n<h4>LE LOUP \u00e0 la page.<\/h4>\n<p>Avec 3.000 exemplaires vendus, le livre de cuisine du Wolf, Street Food by Wolf, a r\u00e9cemment connu un grand succ\u00e8s. Publi\u00e9 par Racine, ce livre pr\u00e9sente plus de 50 recettes inspirantes des restaurants embl\u00e9matiques de Wolf. Celui-ci sera situ\u00e9 sur Het Eilandje. L\u2019endroit proposera 12 restaurants, 2 bars, 750 places assises et un espace \u00e9v\u00e9nementiel. Une terrasse spacieuse compl\u00e9tera le tout. \u00c0 noter, qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019un copi\u00e9\/coll\u00e9 de la version bruxelloise. Il est question d\u2019un tout nouveau concept avec une identit\u00e9 propre qui portera un nom tenu encore secret. L\u2019objectif ici est de cr\u00e9er un lieu de restauration et de divertissement unique en son genre, qui soit adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la ville et ses habitants. Le food market devrait ouvrir ses portes en milieu d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024.<\/p>\n<h4>LE LOUP n&#8217;est pas un renard.<\/h4>\n<p>Alors que le food court Fox ouvrira ses portes \u00e0 Watermael-Boitsfort, il est crucial de souligner que le Wolf et le Fox ne sont pas li\u00e9s par un lien de parent\u00e9. Leurs projets sont autonomes et dissoci\u00e9s.
