Cet honneur a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9 au chocolatier David Maenhoud de Chocolatier M. \u00e0 Knokke.<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>La \u2018Belgium Chocolate Personalisty of the Year\u2019 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour mettre \u00e0 l\u2019honneur un chocolatier belge qui se distingue en termes de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure, d\u2019innovation et d\u2019esprit d\u2019entreprise. Il doit \u00e9galement et surtout, \u00eatre un exemple pour tous ses coll\u00e8gues et les jeunes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;attribution du titre a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 75 % par le secteur : coll\u00e8gues chocolatiers, fournisseurs et producteurs de l\u2019industrie alimentaire et \u00e9coles h\u00f4teli\u00e8res. Les 25 % restants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par le public. Parmi les dix nomin\u00e9s, David Maenhout a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu vainqueur, et de loin. Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le chocolatier a su se d\u00e9marquer de mani\u00e8re positive et inspirante. Et ce, au pays du chocolat&#8230; Exceptionnel selon Chocolaterie Magazine.<\/p>\n<p>David Maenhout : \u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est un honneur incroyable pour moi. Je vais en profiter pleinement avec ma famille et mon \u00e9quipe. Nous ne manquerons pas de boire une bonne bouteille, accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;une praline bien s\u00fbr. Pour nous, la qualit\u00e9 et la convivialit\u00e9 sont toujours au premier plan. Mais les relations avec les coll\u00e8gues, les fournisseurs, le personnel et les stagiaires (qui viennent du monde entier) sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s importantes. Cette reconnaissance est donc un accomplissement pour le travail qu&rsquo;Isabelle, moi-m\u00eame et notre merveilleuse \u00e9quipe r\u00e9alisons chaque jour.
