D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du mois de septembre, vous trouverez cette petite bombe vitamin\u00e9e dans votre supermarch\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le kiwa\u00ef est un petit fruit \u00e0 la chair sucr\u00e9e et \u00e0 la peau l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e8re. Vous pouvez le manger avec la peau et tout le reste. Profitez-en rapidement, car la saison des kiwa\u00efs ne dure pas longtemps, ils ne sont en effet disponibles qu\u2019en septembre et octobre.<\/p>\n<p>Le kiwa\u00ef peut para\u00eetre exotique, il est toutefois cultiv\u00e9 et vendu en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas sous le label Hoogstraten. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une technique de culture adapt\u00e9e, le kiwa\u00ef n&rsquo;a pas besoin d&rsquo;un climat aussi chaud que son grand fr\u00e8re le kiwi et peut donc \u00eatre cultiv\u00e9 localement.<\/p>\n<h4>Un superfruit de chez nous, du plaisir \u00e0 croquer !<\/h4>\n<p>Le kiwa\u00ef est l&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient id\u00e9al pour agr\u00e9menter les plats de tous les jours. Gr\u00e2ce au merveilleux \u00e9quilibre aigre-doux de sa chair juteuse et sucr\u00e9e et \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re amertume de sa peau, ce fruit se pr\u00eate aussi bien aux pr\u00e9parations sal\u00e9es que sucr\u00e9es.
