L\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 l\u2019on passait une ou deux semaines \u00e0 la c\u00f4te pendant les traditionnelles vacances d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 est r\u00e9volue.\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">C-Hotels, qui fait partie du Flow Hospitality Group, est probablement le groupe h\u00f4telier le plus dynamique (en plus d\u2019\u00eatre belge) de la c\u00f4te en ce moment, avec une dizaine d\u2019h\u00f4tels et quelque 560 chambres en\u00a0portefeuille.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Outre quelques r\u00e9novations et agrandissements, deux autres nouveaux projets de prestige sont \u00e9galement en cours, dont le quatre \u00e9toile SKY Hotel, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la gare d\u2019Ostende, qui proposera 116 chambres. Ce projet, qui abritera \u00e9galement 485 appartements, des boutiques et des bureaux, devrait \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnel en juin 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re fois en 25 ans qu\u2019un nouvel h\u00f4tel est construit \u00e0 Ostende\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Xavier Vercaemst, qui \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque a commenc\u00e9 en tant qu\u2019\u2026 \u00e9tudiant jobiste \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel Excelsior de Middelkerke. \u00ab\u00a0Nos clients pourront \u00e9galement acc\u00e9der au bar SKY dans la premi\u00e8re SKY tower et au Health Center dans la seconde SKY tower. Cet h\u00f4tel, dont le nom n\u2019est pas encore connu, offrira une septantaine de chambres et 2 espaces wellness priv\u00e9s dans ce qui peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l\u2019un des endroits les plus exclusifs de la c\u00f4te belge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est un lieu qui, outre la fonction d\u2019h\u00f4tel et de restaurant, proposera en plus un espace wellness et un autre de divertissement. L\u2019h\u00f4tel sera \u00e9galement une merveille d\u2019architecture et offrira une vue fantastique sur la mer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">L\u2019extension de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Zeegalm \u00e0 Middelkerke avec ses 14 chambres suppl\u00e9mentaires nouvellement construites a \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin du mois d\u2019avril. La r\u00e9novation totale de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Burlington \u00e0 Ostende a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au d\u00e9but du mois de juin, et un nouvel h\u00f4tel a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 \u00e0 Ostende \u00e0 la fin du mois de juin, l\u2019h\u00f4tel Rosa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019h\u00f4tel Rosa est un nouveau concept ax\u00e9 sur la durabilit\u00e9 et la beaut\u00e9 de l\u2019imperfection, par le biais duquel nous voulons revenir \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel en utilisant des techniques state-of-the-art. \u00c0 la mi-juillet, nous avons \u00e9galement ouvert notre premi\u00e8re brasserie, Oport. Elle donne sur le port de plaisance d\u2019Ostende et fait partie de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Burlington\u00a0\u00bb, explique Xavier Vercaemst.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Enfin, l\u2019agrandissement de l\u2019H\u00f4tel Continental \u00e0 La Panne s\u2019est achev\u00e9 fin juillet avec 31 chambres \u00adr\u00e9parties dans deux nouveaux \u00adb\u00e2timents de trois \u00e9tages.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Si le passage \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le diff\u00e9rent d\u2019h\u00f4tellerie c\u00f4ti\u00e8re est apparu, les cha\u00eenes h\u00f4teli\u00e8res, telles qu\u2019Accor, y ont certainement contribu\u00e9. Depuis l\u2019ouverture de l\u2019ibis Styles Zeebrugge voici une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, l\u2019objectif \u00e9tait principalement de d\u00e9velopper une gamme de nouveaux h\u00f4tels modernes dans le segment \u00e9conomique, offrant un plus grand nombre de chambres que les \u00adh\u00f4tels traditionnels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">A la c\u00f4te belge, Accor est majoritairement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par ibis, o\u00f9 il est pr\u00e9sent avec neuf h\u00f4tels.
