La deuxi\u00e8me et la troisi\u00e8me places sont revenues au Rosewood Hong Kong et au Four Seasons Bangkok at Chao Phraya River. Les h\u00f4tels europ\u00e9ens ont remport\u00e9 le plus grand nombre de prix (21 sur 50), suivis par les h\u00f4tels d&rsquo;Asie (18), d&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Nord (6), d&rsquo;Afrique (3), d&rsquo;Oc\u00e9anie (1) et d&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Sud (1).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019h\u00f4tel familial et ind\u00e9pendant Passalacqua, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans une villa du 18\u00e8me si\u00e8cle bord\u00e9e de jardins spectaculaires qui s\u2019\u00e9tendent jusqu\u2019aux rives du magnifique lac de C\u00f4me, a ouvert ses portes en juin 2022, et propose 24 chambres. Il est tout \u00e0 fait remarquable que l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel ait \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 meilleur h\u00f4tel du monde apr\u00e8s \u00e0 peine un an d&rsquo;activit\u00e9. La famille De Santis, propri\u00e9taire de Passalacqua, poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement le Grand Hotel Tremezzo, \u00e9galement situ\u00e9 le long du lac de C\u00f4me et toujours en Italie, le Four Seasons Firenze qui a termin\u00e9 \u00e0 la neuvi\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n<p>Passalacqua \u00e9tait l&rsquo;un des 21 h\u00f4tels europ\u00e9ens figurant sur la liste des 50 nomin\u00e9s. Parmi les 50 meilleurs h\u00f4tels du monde, non moins de quatre sont londoniens, notamment les h\u00f4tels Claridge (n\u00b0 16), The Connaught (n\u00b0 22), NoMad London (n\u00b0 46) et The Savoy (n\u00b0 47).<\/p>\n<p>Sur les 18 h\u00f4tels asiatiques de la liste, quatre figurent dans le Top 5, \u00e0 savoir le Rosewood Hong Kong (n\u00b0 2), le Four Seasons Bangkok at Chao Phraya River (n\u00b0 3), The Upper House \u00e0 Hong Kong (n\u00b0 4) et l\u2019Aman Tokyo (n\u00b0 5). The Calile \u00e0 Brisbane est \u00e0 son tour, le seul h\u00f4tel d\u2019Australie \u00e0 avoir obtenu une nomination.<\/p>\n<p>Les 3 seuls h\u00f4tels en Afrique sont La Mamounia (n\u00b06) \u00e0 Marrakech, les Singita Lodges dans le parc national Kruger en Afrique du Sud (n\u00b015), et le Royal Mansour (n\u00b023), \u00e9galement situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Marrakech.<\/p>\n<p>Le Nikka Best New Hotel Award, d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel le mieux class\u00e9 ayant ouvert ses portes entre mai 2021 et mai 2023, est attribu\u00e9 au Capella Bangkok (n\u00b0 11), un h\u00f4tel qui a ouvert ses portes en pleine p\u00e9riode COVID.<\/p>\n<p>Le Capella Bangkok a \u00e9galement un petit c\u00f4t\u00e9 belge. Jonathan Schmidt, le fils du travel butler Didier Schmidt (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.travelbutlerconsulting.be\">www.travelbutlerconsulting.be<\/a>) qui vit et travaille en Tha\u00eflande depuis 5 ans, y occupe le poste de Director of Quality.
