Laissez refroidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Pour la frangipane, m\u00e9langez le beurre et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te molle. Ajoutez en dernier lieu l\u2019\u0153uf et l\u2019Amaretto et m\u00e9langez \u00e0 nouveau. Conservez ce m\u00e9lange dans une poche \u00e0 douilles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Pour le crumble, m\u00e9langez le beurre et le sucre dans un robot de cuisine, ajoutez au dernier moment la farine. R\u00e9servez pendant 1 heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et \u00e9miettez ensuite.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><b>Finition<\/b><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p2\">Dans un petit moule, formez un fond r\u00e9gulier de frangipane \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la poche \u00e0 douilles, recouvrez de la compote d\u2019airelles et ensuite uniform\u00e9ment de crumble. Faites cuire au four \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 35 minutes. Laissez refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante et saupoudrez de sucre glace et de cannelle en poudre au moment de
