Depuis 2023, ils sont \u00e9galement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans les sets de table de toutes formes et de toutes tailles. <span class=\"s1\">\u00ab En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, nous sommes des maroquiniers qui travaillent avec un appareillage hi-tech et, surtout, d\u00e9ploient beaucoup de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, d\u00e9clare Niko Mosselmans, l\u2019un des trois \u2018mousquetaires\u2019 de DelVache, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Gunther Willems et de Christophe Saeys. Notre devise est\u00a0: nos tabliers en cuir sont pour la vie \u00bb.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00c9tablie \u00e0 Tubize, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 DelVache est n\u00e9e de la passion commune de trois amis ins\u00e9parables, qui ont fait de la fabrication de tabliers leur activit\u00e9 accessoire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00ab C\u2019est au cours d\u2019un d\u00eener commun au restaurant Les \u00c9leveurs \u00e0 Halle qu\u2019est n\u00e9e l\u2019id\u00e9e de fabriquer des tabliers en cuir, raconte Niko Mosselmans. Nous sommes tous les trois fans de barbecue, mais nous n\u2019avions encore jamais r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 trouver un tablier con\u00e7u sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Raison pour laquelle nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous lancer dans la fabrication de tabliers en cuir \u00e9l\u00e9gants, durables et de qualit\u00e9. Un vide sur le march\u00e9, car la plupart des tabliers en cuir sont fabriqu\u00e9s avec du cuir de qualit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure. Beaucoup de ces tabliers sont vendus en ligne, et comme il est difficile d\u2019\u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 du cuir \u00e0 partir d\u2019une photo, une fois que le client d\u00e9balle son tablier, il est souvent d\u00e9\u00e7u \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Sur la base de plusieurs mod\u00e8les classiques, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 nos propres mod\u00e8les et nous avons propos\u00e9 \u00e0 Andy De Brouwer, de l\u2019h\u00f4tel-restaurant Les \u00c9leveurs \u00e0 Halle, de les tester pendant plusieurs mois. C\u2019est ainsi que nos mod\u00e8les standard ont vu le jour. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019ajouter des renforts \u00e0 tous nos tabliers. Mais comment reconna\u00eetre un \u2018bon\u2019 cuir ?<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00ab Beaucoup de tabliers sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d\u2019un cuir de qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9diocre. Ce cuir fait alors plut\u00f4t penser \u00e0 du carton et, en raison de son manque de souplesse, le confort et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience peuvent donc \u00eatre d\u00e9cevants. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">DelVache utilise exclusivement des cuirs de tr\u00e8s bonne qualit\u00e9, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence des cuirs d\u2019excellent grain et des cuirs pleine fleur, ainsi que des sangles en cuir pleine fleur tann\u00e9es selon une m\u00e9thode v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00ab Notre cuir provient principalement de tanneries italiennes de renom aupr\u00e8s desquelles nous examinons les diff\u00e9rents certificats en termes d\u2019\u00e9cologie et d\u2019origine animale. Pour ce faire, nous nous rendons chaque ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Milan pour le plus important salon du cuir au monde, o\u00f9 toutes les principales tanneries et les meilleurs mat\u00e9riaux sont pr\u00e9sents. Nous s\u00e9lectionnons notre cuir sur base de diff\u00e9rents crit\u00e8res, tels que l\u2019\u00e9paisseur du cuir, la souplesse, la r\u00e9sistance aux taches, la durabilit\u00e9 et, bien s\u00fbr, l\u2019esth\u00e9tique (couleurs et finitions).\u00bb<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Comment se fait le d\u00e9coupage du cuir ?<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00ab D\u2019entr\u00e9e de jeu, nous ne recourons pas aux techniques de d\u00e9coupage traditionnelles, car le cuir est d\u00e9coup\u00e9 dans notre atelier de Tubize \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une d\u00e9coupeuse laser XL, ce qui nous permet d\u2019adapter facilement les tailles et les formes aux besoins du client. Cette d\u00e9coupeuse laser convient aux volumes de production faibles comme \u00e9lev\u00e9s et nous permet \u00e9galement de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des adaptations rapides sans les co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires associ\u00e9s aux techniques de d\u00e9coupage classiques. La technologie laser est \u00e9galement synonyme de pr\u00e9cision in\u00e9gal\u00e9e, r\u00e9duisant \u00e0 un minimum les erreurs humaines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Nous proposons \u00e9galement des gravures en haute d\u00e9finition. Chaque logo, dessin et\/ou texte peut soigneusement \u00eatre grav\u00e9 dans le cuir, ce qui conf\u00e8re une \u00e9l\u00e9gance suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble. Sans oublier que de nombreuses autres personnalisations sont possibles \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Par ailleurs, nous continuons \u00e0 innover dans de nouvelles techniques, telles que les gravures qui sont ensuite teint\u00e9es \u00e0 la main, y compris des options phosphorescentes. Les poches sont cousues sur nos tabliers deux fois par mois par l\u2019atelier prot\u00e9g\u00e9 APAC (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.apac-belgium.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.apac-belgium.be<\/a>) \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c0 quoi s\u2019attendre pour le nettoyage ?<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00ab Pour certaines peaux, nous ajoutons, sur demande, une couche antitaches suppl\u00e9mentaire, ce qui facilite naturellement le nettoyage. Dans la deuxi\u00e8me finition que nous proposons, la graisse va p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans le cuir un peu plus rapidement, ce qui la rendra plus difficile \u00e0 enlever. Le cuir \u00e9tant un produit naturel, nous ne pouvons jamais garantir \u00e0 100 % que vous ne ferez jamais aucune tache sur le tablier. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">DelVache repr\u00e9sente une production annuelle de quelque 600 \u00e0 700 tabliers, dont une partie est \u00e9galement export\u00e9e en France.<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00ab L\u2019\u00e9mission t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e C\u2019est du Belge\u00a0! de G\u00e9rald Watelet nous a apport\u00e9 une notori\u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rable en Wallonie et, en parall\u00e8le, nous souhaitons aussi prospecter davantage le march\u00e9 flamand et p\u00e9n\u00e9trer le march\u00e9 allemand avec nos produits. Tr\u00e8s prochainement, des porte-couteaux et des porte-bouteilles viendront \u00e9galement compl\u00e9ter notre gamme \u00bb, ajoute encore Niko Mosselmans.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Sans oublier les chemins et sets de table et les sets de comptoir avec DelAranda<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p2\">DelVache propose plusieurs mod\u00e8les de base de tabliers, notamment Classic et Pro. Le mod\u00e8le Classic est dot\u00e9 d\u2019une sangle de cou et d\u2019une sangle dorsale. Les bretelles r\u00e9glables peuvent \u00eatre ins\u00e9r\u00e9es dans l\u2019une ou l\u2019autre des fentes pour les dissimuler. Le mod\u00e8le Pro est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de deux sangles qui passent sur les \u00e9paules et se croisent dans le dos. Pour satisfaire aux divers besoins de la client\u00e8le, trois gammes distinctes de tabliers en cuir ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es. Toutes les tailles et dimensions courantes sont disponibles sur commande, de m\u00eame que les tabliers pour enfants, small, XXL, extra longs, etc. Vous pouvez opter pour un tablier avec poche, qui peut aussi s\u2019accompagner d\u2019un flacon en verre de 25 cl, par exemple pour emporter l\u2019huile d\u2019olive ou pour se d\u00e9salt\u00e9rer le moment voulu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Vous pouvez aussi faire graver le logo DelVache au laser sur le tablier, ce qui lui conf\u00e8re une touche caract\u00e9ristique, en plus de la personnalisation \u00e9ventuelle du tablier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les couleurs des tabliers varient en fonction de la gamme choisie et peuvent \u00e9galement varier l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d\u2019un lot de cuir \u00e0 l\u2019autre. En effet, il est difficile d\u2019obtenir exactement la m\u00eame couleur pendant le tannage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bien que le cuir de qualit\u00e9 soit durable, il exige \u00e9videmment un entretien r\u00e9gulier pour conserver sa beaut\u00e9 naturelle. C\u2019est pourquoi DelVache propose deux produits d\u2019entretien du cuir essentiels et durables\u00a0: le savon pour cuir et le baume pour cuir.
