M\u00eame le petit d\u00e9jeuner est une ode aux saveurs locales: des \u0153ufs de la ferme des P\u00e9telles sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9s chaque jour, du beurre de chez Plaquettes travaill\u00e9 maison et donn\u00e9 en petit bonbon, du miel issu des ruches du ch\u00e2teau, et des p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner artisanales de la chocolaterie afrobelge Sigoji. Un petit livret d\u00e9taille l\u2019origine des produits, qu\u2019on a ador\u00e9 d\u00e9couvrir. Parmi les pratiques \u00e9coresponsables adopt\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9tablissement\u00a0: les petits savons non utilis\u00e9s sont recycl\u00e9s par Unisoap, une association qui les redistribue pour donner acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne aux plus d\u00e9muni\u00b7es. Gr\u00e2ce au partenariat avec Hotel for Trees, un nouvel arbre est plant\u00e9 chaque jour o\u00f9 un\u00b7e client\u00b7e choisit de ne pas faire nettoyer sa chambre. La chasse aux d\u00e9chets plastiques est une priorit\u00e9, remplac\u00e9s par des alternatives en verre ou en bois, jusqu\u2019aux cartes des chambres.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9coration, le Ch\u00e2teau offre deux ambiances distinctes\u00a0: les chambres de l\u2019aile Est, avec leur esth\u00e9tique \u00e9pur\u00e9e et leur vue imprenable sur la Lesse, et celles du c\u00f4t\u00e9 Ch\u00e2teau, qui proposent un style plus baroque et intimiste. Heureusement, ce bruit est totalement imperceptible depuis les chambres, garantissant un sommeil paisible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 client\u00e8le, le Ch\u00e2teau de Vign\u00e9e attire des profils vari\u00e9s\u00a0: des couples en qu\u00eate d\u2019un s\u00e9jour romantique, des familles, sans oublier les groupes professionnels en s\u00e9minaire. En semaine, les affaires dominent, tandis que les week-ends sont pris\u00e9s par les passionn\u00e9\u00b7es de gastronomie ou de bien-\u00eatre. Le restaurant Arden, \u00e9toil\u00e9 au Michelin, s\u00e9duit particuli\u00e8rement, sous la direction de Marius Bosmans, un chef prim\u00e9 qui attire les gourmets. Une fois sur place, le spa et ses soins signature utilisant les pierres pr\u00e9cieuses de Gemology, ajoutent une dimension de profonde relaxation \u00e0 leur s\u00e9jour.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Depuis son ouverture en f\u00e9vrier 2020, le Ch\u00e2teau de Vign\u00e9e a su se relever des d\u00e9fis impos\u00e9s par la crise du COVID, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant ensuite de l\u2019essor d\u2019un tourisme local en sortie de pand\u00e9mie. Aujourd\u2019hui, malgr\u00e9 la m\u00e9t\u00e9o capricieuse typique de la Belgique, il a trouv\u00e9 son rythme de croisi\u00e8re et continue d\u2019offrir une parenth\u00e8se enchant\u00e9e, alliant luxe discret et nature pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e, pour les voyageur\u00b7euses de toute l\u2019Europe.
