Cette op\u00e9ration d\u00e9cisive marque un nouveau chapitre dans la transformation et les ambitions de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Une mission visionnaire qui reste toujours d\u2019actualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>EXKi a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1999 dans le but d&rsquo;offrir une alimentation saine, durable, gourmande et de qualit\u00e9, adapt\u00e9e au rythme de la ville et du voyageur. EXKi compte actuellement 77 restaurants dans 5 pays europ\u00e9ens, dont 38 en Belgique et 32 en France \u00e0 la fois en propre et en franchise.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, EXKi a d\u00fb faire face aux d\u00e9fis du secteur qui ont contraint l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 op\u00e9rer des changements profonds. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 cette fin que Stan Monheim a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 CEO en mars de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>La situation dans laquelle EXKi se trouvait nous a oblig\u00e9s \u00e0 agir rapidement. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une refonte de nos modes op\u00e9ratoires, \u00e0 l&rsquo;optimisation de notre structure d&rsquo;achat et \u00e0 la concentration sur nos activit\u00e9s principales, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un premier redressement tout en pr\u00e9servant la qualit\u00e9 des produits, ce qui est essentiel pour notre enseigne.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, explique Stan Monheim. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces premi\u00e8res actions cibl\u00e9es, EXKi a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 renouer avec la rentabilit\u00e9 depuis quelques mois. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des progr\u00e8s notables dans la r\u00e9duction de sa dette, consolidant ainsi sa position financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h4>EXKi est pr\u00eate pour une relance avec 15 millions d&rsquo;euros de capitaux frais<\/h4>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, EXKi a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un plan de relance complet, se pr\u00e9parant \u00e0 une nouvelle \u00e8re de croissance et d&rsquo;innovation, n\u00e9cessitant une augmentation de capital significative. Iris Belgium, actionnaire d\u2019EXKI depuis 2014 augmentera son capital de 15 millions d&rsquo;euros.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;injection de capital de 15 millions d&rsquo;euros permettra \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de renforcer son bilan, d&rsquo;investir dans son plan de relance et d&rsquo;engager des discussions constructives avec les autres partenaires financiers en vue d&rsquo;une restructuration compl\u00e8te de la dette.
