En particulier dans les villes et parmi les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, prendre son petit d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur gagne en popularit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8re prendre son petit d\u00e9jeuner hors de la maison n\u2019a que l\u2019embarras du choix. Dans les h\u00f4tels, celui-ci se pr\u00e9sente g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sous forme de buffet, tandis que les boulangeries, les caf\u00e9s et les restaurants proposant des brunchs d\u00e9veloppent de plus en plus de formules petit d\u00e9jeuner. Les stations-service et les supermarch\u00e9s r\u00e9pondent \u00e9galement \u00e0 cette demande en proposant des petits d\u00e9jeuners rapides compos\u00e9s de croissants, de caf\u00e9 et de jus de fruits frais. Les grains de caf\u00e9 pure origine proviennent d\u2019une r\u00e9gion, d\u2019une plantation, voire d\u2019une parcelle sp\u00e9cifique. Prenez donc bien soin du caf\u00e9 que vous proposez, effectuez les tests n\u00e9cessaires, faites appel \u00e0 des conseillers si besoin est et procurez-vous un \u00e9quipement de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">La plupart des h\u00f4tels optent pour une machine \u00e0 caf\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement automatique en libre service. Ces machines moulent, dosent et pr\u00e9parent le caf\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re enti\u00e8rement automatique. Rapides, elles offrent une qualit\u00e9 constante. Il suffit d\u2019appuyer sur un bouton pour obtenir un expresso, un lungo ou un cappuccino.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Le march\u00e9 propose \u00e9galement des machines \u00e0 espresso semi-automatiques. Leur qualit\u00e9 ne cesse de s\u2019am\u00e9liorer. Le houmous et le labneh (yaourt sal\u00e9 \u00e9goutt\u00e9) nous viennent du Moyen-Orient. L\u2019a\u00e7ai est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l\u2019une des baies les plus nutritives au monde en raison de sa teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en antioxydants, en fibres, en graisses saines et autres nutriments. L\u2019a\u00e7ai bowl est un bol contenant une sorte de porridge \u00e0 base de lait (souvent v\u00e9g\u00e9tal) et de poudre d\u2019a\u00e7a\u00ef ou de baies d\u2019a\u00e7a\u00ef surgel\u00e9es. Et cela ne doit pas \u00eatre difficile du tout. L\u2019important est d\u00e9j\u00e0 de commencer par de petites quantit\u00e9s et de compl\u00e9ter au besoin. L\u2019utilisation d\u2019assiettes et de louches plus petites permet d\u00e9j\u00e0 de r\u00e9duire le gaspillage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Vous pouvez \u00e9galement r\u00e9utiliser les exc\u00e9dents. Faites des cro\u00fbtons avec le vieux pain ou des smoothies avec les fruits (trop) m\u00fbrs.
