Ce jour-l\u00e0, \u00e0 Bruxelles, se d\u00e9roulera la premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e Young Horeca Talents, au cours de laquelle les gagnants du concours Gault&amp;Millau Young Horeca Talents seront c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9s. Dix des meilleures \u00e9coles h\u00f4teli\u00e8res participeront \u00e0 cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, avec un total de 70 \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui se donneront \u00e0 fond en travaillant sur trois challenges : les Challenges Aspiration, Innovation et Cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.
