La v\u00e9ritable raclette, un tr\u00e9sor, certes valaisan, mais qui appartient \u00e0 tous les Suisses !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En effet, suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement de la plus grande \u2018raclonnette\u2019 au monde organis\u00e9e \u00e0 Saint-\u00c9tienne en mars 2024 et r\u00e9unissant 2\u2019236 participants, les organisateurs de la Foire du Valais souhaitaient remettre la v\u00e9ritable raclette au milieu du village avec un \u00e9v\u00e9nement ambitieux, nomm\u00e9 \u2018The Plus Grande Raclette of the World\u2019, le 5 avril dernier. Par une froide journ\u00e9e, L\u00e9on aurait chauff\u00e9 un morceau de fromage au feu de bois, d\u00e9voilant ainsi une texture fondante et une saveur unique. Ce plat typiquement valaisan, appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 depuis des si\u00e8cles, continue de conqu\u00e9rir des c\u0153urs bien au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res suisses.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est en 1874 que le fromage helv\u00e8te re\u00e7ut officiellement le nom de \u2018raclette\u2019. Mais les archives r\u00e9v\u00e8lent m\u00eame l\u2019existence du fromage valaisan d\u00e8s le IVe si\u00e8cle av. J.-C. Une tradition donc profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9e dans l\u2019histoire et la culture alpines. La raclette est bien plus qu\u2019un simple plat : c\u2019est l\u2019expression d\u2019un art de vivre fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 par les montagnes et ses habitants, une occasion toujours appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e de partager un bon moment, qu\u2019importe la saison. Les participants ont eu la chance de d\u00e9guster le fromage \u00e0 raclette VALDOR, fabriqu\u00e9 par les ma\u00eetres fromagers de fromageries valaisannes, selon un cahier des charges strict, gage d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 irr\u00e9prochable. Un savoir-faire artisanal, transmis de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, qui garantit une raclette cr\u00e9meuse et savoureuse, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant les ar\u00f4mes uniques des montagnes suisses.
