Une bouteille BelBul doit \u00eatre belge \u00e0 100% et \u00e9labor\u00e9e selon la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle. \u00ab Avec BelBul, nous offrons d\u00e9sormais aux consommateurs une alternative au champagne fran\u00e7ais, au prosecco italien et au cava espagnol \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Lodewijk Waes, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019asbl Belgische Wijnbouwers-Vlaanderen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 le BelBus, nous connaissons aussi Red Bull, et maintenant voici BelBul, la marque, bien pens\u00e9e par Walter Bogaert, par le biais de laquelle les viticulteurs belges veulent mettre en avant les vins effervescents nationaux. En effet, la production totale de vin belge a augment\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re spectaculaire en 20 ans pour atteindre environ 1.000 hectares, mais il leur manquait un nom de marque.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Le label BelBul est une initiative \u00e9manant de 22 producteurs membres de l&rsquo;asbl Belgische Wijnbouwers-Vlaanderen et de l&rsquo;Association des Vignerons Belges-Wallonie. La production et la vinification doivent avoir lieu \u00e0 100 % sur le territoire belge, avec des raisins cultiv\u00e9s en Belgique. La dur\u00e9e de vieillissement doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre d\u2019au moins neuf mois en bouteille. En outre, le vigneron doit, entre autres, disposer d&rsquo;une appellation d&rsquo;origine prot\u00e9g\u00e9e reconnue, utiliser la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle et \u00eatre affili\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019une des deux f\u00e9d\u00e9rations professionnelles.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous ne privil\u00e9gions donc pas la voie de la facilit\u00e9, ajoute Louis Waes. Nous voulons donner une reconnaissance aux personnes, dont beaucoup sont des entrepreneurs familiaux, qui ont le c\u0153ur dans le produit et les mains dans la terre du vignoble. C&rsquo;est unique, surtout en Belgique, que nous puissions y parvenir, mais : ensemble, nous sommes plus forts. Le label est donc un v\u00e9ritable jalon pour la Belgique en tant que pays viticole, un investissement dans l&rsquo;avenir, et en aucun cas une copie de ce qui existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur le march\u00e9. Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 surpris nos voisins fran\u00e7ais par la qualit\u00e9 de nos vins et nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7u leur reconnaissance, mais nous allons les surprendre encore plus.
