Cette ann\u00e9e c\u2019est la r\u00e9gion de Murcia qui \u00e9tait mise \u00e0 l\u2019honneur et on peut dire qu\u2019ils ont mis les petits plats dans les grands !  Pas moins que deux chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s nous ont r\u00e9gal\u00e9s d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de tapas aussi inventives que d\u00e9licates : Pablo Gonz\u00e1lez ** et Juan Guillam\u00f3n*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019occasion pour Horeca Magazine d\u2019organiser un concours de chefs belges autour d\u2019une recette typiquement espagnole. Cette ann\u00e9e le \u2018zarangollo\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce sont deux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de l\u2019\u00e9cole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re Ilon-Saint-Jacques \u00e0 Namur qui ont emport\u00e9 le 1er prix ainsi qu\u2019un ch\u00e8que voyage d\u2019une valeur de 3.300 \u20ac offert par la r\u00e9gion de Murcia ! Deux membres du public, tir\u00e9s au sort, sont repartis avec des \u00e9normes paniers de produits de la r\u00e9gion.
