Cette comp\u00e9tition unique, organis\u00e9e pour le grand public, offre aux cuisiniers amateurs de toute la Belgique l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9montrer leur talent sous le regard de quelques-unes des plus grandes figures de la gastronomie belge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>La finale se d\u00e9roulera le dimanche 15 novembre 2026 dans les cuisines de l\u2019\u00c9cole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Namur (EHPN). Quatre duos s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, compos\u00e9s chacun d\u2019un cuisinier amateur et d\u2019un jeune aide familial \u00e2g\u00e9 de 12 \u00e0 20 ans, s\u2019affronteront pour remporter le tr\u00e8s convoit\u00e9 \u00ab Pierre Wynants Trophy \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Le concours est plac\u00e9 sous la direction du Mastercook Lionel Rigolet et r\u00e9unit un jury d\u2019exception compos\u00e9 de prestigieux Mastercooks. Les candidats seront d\u2019abord pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s sur base de leurs recettes \u00e9crites et des photos de leurs cr\u00e9ations.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Le th\u00e8me de cette \u00e9dition met \u00e0 l\u2019honneur la gastronomie belge et le savoir-faire culinaire. Les participants devront r\u00e9aliser, en harmonie avec le Champagne Perrier-Jou\u00ebt, une bouch\u00e9e raffin\u00e9e \u00e0 base de cervelle de veau ainsi qu\u2019une interpr\u00e9tation de la \u201cMatelote de poisson\u201d \u00e0 base de poisson de mer ou d\u2019eau douce, ainsi qu\u2019une mignardise au chocolat en harmonie avec le caf\u00e9 Rombouts Espresso Royal. Une attention particuli\u00e8re sera port\u00e9e aux produits belges et \u00e0 l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 culinaire.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 du d\u00e9fi gastronomique, le \u00ab Pierre Wynants Trophy \u00bb se veut avant tout une exp\u00e9rience humaine, chaleureuse et inspirante, o\u00f9 passion, transmission du savoir et esprit familial occupent une place centrale.
